Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain master data setups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009/2012 and SAP S/4HANA (supplier, customer, employee, price and product/finance master data) and other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK).
  • •Complete master data requests by performing integrity checks to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • •Ensure requests include appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before implementation.
  • •Contribute to updating internal documentation and work instructions, and comply with internal MD maintenance procedures.
  • •Support data cleansing activities and timely processing of requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Available 40h/week.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Currently pursuing a career in data-related fields such as data administration, data maintenance, or customer service transactions.
  • •Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics).
  • •Very good English and Polish verbal and written; responsible, deadline-oriented, and able to work independently.
