Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day SOC operations including security monitoring, incident detection, investigation, response, and escalation.
  • •Oversee SIEM and EDR/XDR-based threat monitoring, manage SOC/MSSP performance, and deliver SOC KPIs (MTTD, MTTR, incident volumes, SLA performance).
  • •Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing, remediation tracking, and patch & backup compliance including disaster recovery testing and tabletop exercises.
  • •Ensure cybersecurity and IT compliance: maintain near-accurate asset and enterprise application inventories, ensure PCI DSS and SOC 2 coverage, and drive compliance with cybersecurity standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage and develop SOC and Compliance team members and coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, network, identity, applications, audit, risk, business stakeholders, and third-party security service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of proven experience in IT incident/service management and compliance, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • •In-depth knowledge of IT security operations, risk management, and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, UAE IA, ISO, and related frameworks.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage and lead compliance initiatives with strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
