Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, practical, customer-focused first-line Employee Relations support to People Managers across the UK & Ireland.
  • •Manage a portfolio/caseload of employee relations cases including sickness absence, probation, and informal performance concerns.
  • •Support absence management activities such as return-to-work discussions, phased returns, and Occupational Health referrals.
  • •Advise managers on people policies and procedures; prepare employee relations documentation, letters, and meeting packs with accurate record-keeping.
  • •Support wider ER work including case management/advisory and projects related to organisational change, restructures, TUPE transfers, redundancy programmes, DSARs, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working within an HR (Employee Relations) environment.
  • •Good understanding of employment policies and employee lifecycle processes.
  • •Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • •Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Ability to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining high accuracy and strong verbal and written communication.
