Execute rigorous analyses across data types including WGS/WGBS, targeted sequencing, RNA-seq, and protein quantitation, while solving complex problems in cell-free circulating nucleic acids and proteins. Partner with molecular and development teams to refine wet-lab experiments and turn models into clinic-ready products.
