Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global health and safety vendor ecosystem, including defining SOWs, KPIs, and SLAs, and managing procurement, contracts, invoicing, and QBRs.
  • •Own workers’ compensation and occupational injury/illness claims programs globally, partnering with HR, risk, legal, insurance brokers, and TPAs to oversee claim lifecycles, reserves, and settlements.
  • •Maintain global health and safety governance through SOPs, workplace safety manuals, and corporate safety policies, ensuring multi-jurisdiction compliance and managing risk assessments to closure.
  • •Direct global ergonomics and preventive wellness programs, including coordinating ergonomic evaluations and equipment reimbursement workflows and guidelines.
  • •Lead incident investigation workflows and coordinate emergency preparedness and safety culture with GSOC, Physical Security, and Workplace Experience, standardizing life safety programs and reporting safety metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive experience leading environmental health, safety, and occupational wellness programs in multinational enterprise or fast-paced technology environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage health and safety programs across multi-site global portfolios spanning EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
  • •Proven experience managing global EHS third-party vendors, consulting firms, and outsourced safety service providers.
  • •Strong experience managing workers’ compensation programs, employer liability claims, TPAs, and structured return-to-work (RTW) processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or related field, plus a recognized health and safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, CSP).
