Job Summary

Support Sales Operations for Informa Markets in Singapore by driving sales administration and CRM excellence. You’ll issue contracts and invoices, manage payments and floorplans, answer customer queries, and provide exhibitor/order forms. Partner with Event Operations, maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and an invoicing system, and deliver reporting, trend analysis, and user acceptance testing to improve CRM processes.

•Provide sales enabling administration including contracts/invoices, payment collection, and floorplan management.
•Monitor sales figures and follow up on outstanding contracts/payments for responsible events.
•Manage customer queries and act as point of contact for exhibitor manual order forms and related event documentation.
•Support CRM and invoicing system activities, including data entry, accuracy checks, and cross training on Salesforce business processes.
•Run Salesforce reporting and ad-hoc analyses, and participate in CRM system improvements including gathering feedback and performing user acceptance testing.
