Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project and portfolio cost control activities aligned to approved budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analyses.
  • •Prepare and present monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive-level financial summaries.
  • •Review and reconcile actual expenditures against forecasts and budgets, explaining variances.
  • •Oversee invoice validation, cost allocation, and reconciliation within SAP, and support cost impacts during change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience in cost engineering, project controls, financial analysis, cost management, or a related role, preferably in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Energy, Industrial, or large capital projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance for complex, multi-million-dollar projects or portfolios.
  • •Strong understanding of project controls methodologies including budgeting, forecasting, cost forecasting, change management, and variance analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and ECOSYS experience is required.
