Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve IT incidents and fulfill service requests for end users using multiple channels including a self-service portal.
  • •Provide on-site support for PCN network and systems, including patching systems and 2.X firewall administration/configuration.
  • •Provide on-site support for SAFER and PAS life-cycle management for process automation systems.
  • •Provision and maintain end-user computing equipment and peripherals per IT operations policy, including desktop/laptop hardware and network printers.
  • •Monitor support requests for accuracy/urgency, escalate incidents as needed, and maintain documentation/knowledge base of fixes and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a chemical manufacturing facility.
  • •A+ certification or equivalent networking experience, including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
  • •5+ years of IT-industry experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Windows platforms (Windows 10, Windows Server 2017/2019/2022).
  • •Mobile Device Management experience.
