Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned daily preventive maintenance (PMs) are completed.
  • •Keep production lines in good mechanical order and maintain physical structures of the establishment.
  • •Setup, visually inspect, and test machinery and equipment; listen for unusual sounds to diagnose issues.
  • •Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • •Follow safety and production requirements, including GMPs, lockout/tagout, and ISO 14001 procedures; support other teams when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance experience, or 4 years’ direct experience.
  • •Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school (preferred).
  • •Ability to function effectively in a team and interact productively with all levels and outside contractors.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • •Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to read/execute work orders, write daily reports, and translate equipment manuals.
