Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers by monitoring the production plan and coordinating logistics until receipt in company systems.
  • •Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to define preventative actions, recovery plans, and keep key metrics updated.
  • •Provide visibility to internal customers on supplier plans, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to support the manufacturing and sales plan.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure on-time delivery for all documentation associated with supplied materials.
  • •Support supplier risk mitigation and recovery, including coordination for inventory management, quality partnership for surveillance and issue resolution, and logistics planning to minimize cost and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or an alternative MBA.
  • •Good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
  • •Ability to quickly adapt and learn new products, business areas, and managed commodities.
  • •Stress resilience and professional attitude, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • •Fluent in English (Italian knowledge preferred) and proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems.
