Key Responsibilities

•Support market opportunity analysis using Nielsen data and internal platform insights to identify relevant products, emerging trends, and categories for assortment expansion.
•Audit and manage the current portfolio by analyzing dark store catalogs to identify slow movers or zero movers.
•Design and propose concrete commercial initiatives: exit strategies, promotions, liquidation dynamics, or app display changes to accelerate lagging products and reduce shrink.
•Act as a dynamic interdepartmental liaison with Operations, Marketing, and Dark Stores to ensure correct assortment changes and campaign rotations.
•Assist the commercial team in supplier alignment sessions, communicating catalog opportunities and negotiating initial supports to improve performance of assigned brands.

Key Requirements

•Active university students (preferably in final years) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
•Analytical and numerical skills: ability to read databases and translate numbers into actionable conclusions; intermediate-advanced Excel.
•Initiative and proactivity: ownership mindset, ability to propose solutions without being asked, question current processes to seek improvements.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills: ability to interact confidently with suppliers and internal teams at all levels.
