Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the COO – NZ to achieve the strategic plan and key financial objectives.
  • •Lead Company Owned Regional Franchises across a geographical area, supporting managers and holding them accountable to business improvement plans.
  • •Support Independently Owned Regional Franchises with tools and support to achieve network standards.
  • •Drive network performance and operational efficiencies through compliance, operational excellence, data, and systems.
  • •Promote Aramex Oceania Health & Safety modules and initiatives, and lead ongoing execution across franchise clusters while mentoring and developing management and talent.
