Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise resources to meet customer and client satisfaction measures within allowed capital and O&M budgets, providing coaching and feedback.
  • •Plan, schedule, monitor, and control work; develop RFPs and vendor contract terms, deliverables, and contract measurement.
  • •Establish and monitor data integrity goals and measures supporting operations and external reporting requirements.
  • •Provide supervision of the GIS system, including conversion, applications, and data maintenance; ensure schedules are met.
  • •Supervise GIS mapping or as-built diagram completion teams and oversee collective bargaining agreement and related policy/procedure administration.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and 6 years of experience in operations/engineering, or an associate’s degree and 4 years, or a bachelor’s degree and 2 years.
  • •Working knowledge of GIS systems and supporting hardware/software.
  • •Requires working knowledge of natural gas systems including transmission and distribution.
  • •Working knowledge of financial and economic analysis, financial/budget planning, and risk management.
  • •Ability to develop goals, measures, targets, recommendations, and implement solutions aligned to organizational objectives.
