Key Responsibilities

•Act as a product manager for one or more IRE funds and mandates, coordinating activities with Portfolio Managers, Investment Operations, Client Portfolio Managers, Distribution, and other teams.
•Coordinate fundraising by managing target client lists and pipelines, providing product/investment/market updates, supporting due diligence, and handling queries for prospective clients.
•Develop and execute marketing strategy to improve product profile and maintain marketing collateral and digital marketing tools with the IRE Marketing team.
•Coordinate RFP and survey/questionnaire completion, ensuring internal approvals are obtained prior to submission.
•Provide investor relations and communications, including investor portals/inbox management, update calls and meetings, onboarding/top-up/redemption requests, AML/KYC updates, and maintaining investor data in systems (Investran, Viaduct, Intralinks, Salesforce).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Sales, Client relationship management or Product Management in an asset management business, preferably in Real Estate.
•Highly proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote; knowledge of CRM systems (Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce) is useful.
•Proficient English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team; motivated, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise and multi-task.
