Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HSE data analytics and performance reporting processes.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for operational and management reviews.
  • •Analyse safety data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and prepare month-end performance business reviews.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting processes and documentation.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and digitisation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modelling, PivotTables, Power Pivot, dashboards, and automation using VBA/macros).
  • •Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and executive-level dashboards.
  • •Advanced Power BI capability for dashboard development and data visualisation (including DAX and data modelling).
  • •Working knowledge of Power Automate and an understanding of SQL concepts for data querying and connecting multiple data sources.
