Job Summary

Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions for Cisco’s Supply Chain Transformation AI team, turning supply chain and product workflows into actionable intelligence. Develop scalable applications powered by generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures, from architecture and prototyping through production support. Partner with Product Operations and engineering stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities, evaluate model quality, and ensure privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business and functional teams to understand workflows, pain points, and operational goals, identifying high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
•Analyze and improve business processes by finding bottlenecks and inefficiencies where AI-driven workflows deliver measurable value.
•Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, data sources, and user workflows.
•Build, pilot, and productionize AI applications, gathering end-user feedback and driving adoption.
•Ensure solutions align with privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices, including documentation and reusable frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience working within or alongside supply chain / enterprise operations environments.
•2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, Google Agent SDK) and MCP server development.
•Experience evaluating AI systems using eval frameworks, testing pipelines, or human-in-the-loop review workflows.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
