Job Summary

Lead end-to-end mobilisation and transition programmes across the sales-to-delivery lifecycle for major public service contracts. Partner with bid teams, customers, and senior stakeholders to develop winning transition solutions, define scope and governance, manage costs/risks, and drive delivery across people, process, technology, and data workstreams. Lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen programme controls, and continuously improve within the Mobilisation, Transition & Transformation function.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end leadership of Tier 2 mobilisation and transition programmes throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
•Lead mobilisation and transition strategy for major new business and contract retention opportunities and build deliverable transition solutions with bid teams.
•Define transition scope, programme plans, governance, delivery approaches, costs, risks, and resource requirements.
•Establish robust programme governance, reporting, and financial controls; manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams across people, process, technology, and data workstreams; coach colleagues and support continuous improvement within the MTT function.

•Excellent programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
