Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and manage CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, and turning jobs.
  • •Translate engineering drawings and requirements into production dimensions and cutting tool setups.
  • •Oversee machining runs, make necessary adjustments, and perform general troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • •Complete production and quality logs, controlled documents, and SFC data entry, including down time.
  • •Inspect finished products and perform in-process measurements/visual inspection; monitor scrap levels and maintain coolant monitoring and cleaning.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade School Accreditation or high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Certificate or diploma in Engineering (advantage).
  • •Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the area of responsibility.
