Key Responsibilities

•Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution for prioritized use cases within strategic accounts.
•Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams, ensuring onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads.
•Be the first contact for any technical issues related to production/go-live status and coordinate across Shared Services, onboarding, and support resources as needed.
•Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services for engagement delivery.
•Navigate product and engineering teams for new product innovations, previews and upgrade needs and develop end-to-end execution plans for customer-facing technical activities.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains
•Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
•Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
•Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to project deliverables
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
