Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily leadership, direction, coaching, and support for Service Writers and Service Parts employees to meet Factory Service expectations.
  • •Oversee the estimate process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, clear communication, and alignment with approved service work.
  • •Support revenue growth through customer store sales and service-related parts sales, and identify revenue opportunities.
  • •Oversee the customer checkout process to ensure estimates approvals, invoices, parts/labor charges, and customer communication are accurate.
  • •Develop and improve processes and partner cross-functionally (Parts, Factory Service, Warranty, Accounting, Customer Experience) to resolve issues and reduce delays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •5+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, parts operations, dealership operations, RV, automotive, or a similar service environment preferred.
  • •Previous leadership, team lead, supervisory, or coaching experience preferred.
  • •Experience with estimates, service invoicing, parts sales, customer checkout, or service administration preferred.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and act on operational and financial performance metrics; experience developing SOPs/workflows/training preferred.
