Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise junior staff and ensure compliance with department and facility rules, policies, and SOPs.
  • •Conduct specimen analysis, ensure accurate data capture of lab results into computer systems, and provide results to physicians per SOP.
  • •Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment; ensure correct use to obtain optimum results and report equipment malfunctions.
  • •Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, report shortages, and order/approve replenishments when necessary.

Key Requirements
