Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities for AI assistance or automation by working with operational teams and TGS specialists to understand workflows and prioritize use cases.
  • •Design and develop AI agents using approved platforms and custom code where needed, mapping data flows and integrating outputs into existing tools.
  • •Assess and improve enterprise data readiness by identifying authoritative sources and resolving gaps in definitions, quality, completeness and accessibility.
  • •Coordinate delivery with partner teams by testing against real needs and engaging Privacy, Security and Compliance during deployment.
  • •Maintain and improve deployed agents by monitoring accuracy/reliability over time and enabling broader adoption through documentation and sharing reusable approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience building AI agents or automations, including designing, testing and improving prompts and agent workflows.
  • •Fluency with enterprise data to assess fit for AI use cases, including understanding data ownership, lineage, definitions, and identifying missing context or access constraints.
  • •Experience integrating AI into operational workflows using SQL, APIs and connectors, with appropriate permissions and alignment to existing architecture.
  • •Software development experience building tools or extending platforms when needed, turning prototypes into tested, documented, maintainable software.
  • •Ability to take ownership from problem definition through delivery, translate operational needs into technical requirements, and communicate clearly with technical and operational colleagues.
