Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on assigned work packages for oil & gas instrumentation proposal engineering.
  • •Create technical specifications, datasheets, technical queries, and bids for instruments such as transmitters, temperature elements, flow meters, and control valves.
  • •Develop instrument installation details and bulk material takeoff; assist designers with modeling instruments and junction boxes.
  • •Review vendor-submitted design documents and manufacturers’ drawings/data for compliance with specifications.
  • •Support configuration and delivery on time, discuss project standards with customers, and travel to supervise installation, calibration, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Instrumentation or Automation) or above.
  • •More than 3 years’ experience in LNG/LPG/oil field instruments design or related work.
  • •Experience with field instrumentation including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and hazardous areas.
  • •Experience with oil & gas terminal/depot design, installation, commissioning, and start-up (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of tank gauging and metering skids, flow computers, and custody transfer metering; API MPMS OMIL awareness is preferred.
