Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise planning, including annual budget, long-range plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
  • •Own consolidated financial models and forecasting frameworks, driving forecast discipline and visibility across business units and regions.
  • •Develop Board, investor, lender, and executive reporting materials, including earnings preparation and executive business reviews with actionable insights.
  • •Support IPO readiness by building scalable forecasting/reporting governance and investor communication capabilities, partnering on capital markets and strategic initiatives.
  • •Partner on finance transformation and OneStream enhancements, including automation, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and data quality/integration improvements; lead and develop the corporate FP&A team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance, including leading corporate FP&A in a medium-to-large company.
  • •Strong experience with financial consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, executive reporting, and enterprise-level financial modeling.
  • •Demonstrated experience preparing Board materials, investor presentations, lender reporting, and strategic financial analyses for executive leadership.
  • •Hands-on experience with OneStream (or comparable EPM platforms like Hyperion or Anaplan) as an advanced functional user.
