Provide styling and product guidance to guests at the Kate Spade store, using strong product knowledge to greet customers, ask follow-up questions, and create complete looks. Drive sales through storytelling and customer connections while maintaining operational excellence (stockroom organization and POS transactions). Support a seamless checkout experience, seek and share feedback constructively, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail days.
