Manage implementation of regulatory change in the regulatory reporting area, ensuring strong governance, transparency, and oversight across EMEA. Lead projects covering new statistical and regulatory reporting requirements, defect correction with regulatory systems, and system upgrades. Resolve operational reporting issues through process improvements such as automation. Coordinate stakeholders, provide management reporting, and oversee design, development, support, testing, and maintenance of business requirements, including UAT and implementation testing.
