Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute long-term product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
  • •Develop product requirements, feature specifications, and pricing models based on market trends, user feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • •Partner with engineering leads and technical program managers to ensure designs meet customer and business requirements while remaining scalable and manufacturable.
  • •Lead financial and cost management efforts, including product financial targets and margin optimization initiatives.
  • •Engage customers and markets by gathering insights, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and refining product offerings.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Systems Engineering focused on rugged, highly performant operational sensing systems.
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development from strategy and design through execution and commercialization.
  • •Strong technical understanding of hardware-software systems, including computer vision, AI/ML, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems.
  • •Experience working with government, defense, or aerospace customers, including familiarity with DoD procurement and acquisition processes.
