Serve as the voice of the customer and GSS functions throughout product design and development, shaping serviceable and supportable product solutions. Act as an internal consultant across the business to define supportability requirements, advocate best practices during implementation, and assess product readiness. Own launch readiness by ensuring the necessary documentation, policies, and processes are in place, directly influencing product and business strategy and Akamai revenues.
