Key Responsibilities

•Generate and capture business opportunities by identifying, pursuing, and shaping opportunities for our Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike portfolio, managing client engagements, and supporting RFI/RFP responses to close new business.
•Grow existing business by partnering with adjacent lines and engineers to identify opportunities and expand work with current clients.
•Communicate Anduril’s value to clients by representing the company to clients, partners, competitors, and the public, articulating our approach to next-generation defense technology and competitive edges.
•Inform product development by translating client problems into actionable internal plans and roadmaps, informing priorities and ensuring alignment with milestones.
•Maintain a high level of engagement with Business Line stakeholders, monitor buying cycles, and ensure performance stays aligned with key milestones.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Experience leading commercial or DoD capture and sales with a proven track record of building, executing, and winning capture strategies (emphasis on US Navy as a customer).
•Knowledge of defense acquisitions and history of defense program growth is a plus.
•Experience in developing and deploying underwater vehicles, torpedoes, and high-speed systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, physics, robotics, or computer science.
•Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
