Key Responsibilities

  • •Support risk transformation projects across enterprise and operational risk functions.
  • •Document, assess, and enhance risk processes and controls across the first and second lines.
  • •Contribute to market abuse and trade surveillance initiatives, including reviewing controls and detection scenarios.
  • •Support the application of AI and model tuning techniques to improve surveillance effectiveness and reduce false positives.
  • •Engage stakeholders across functions and levels to ensure collaborative delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in enterprise or operational risk, ideally within financial services.
