Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve site asset reliability by driving maintenance best practices, standards, and ways of working for the maintenance team
  • •Lead implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies
  • •Support maintenance team implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including maintaining and improving maintenance strategies and asset care
  • •Create engineering standards to improve asset reliability and reduce cost, and be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability
  • •Collect and analyze asset performance data and KPIs, generate performance/maintenance reports, and provide technical support for fault diagnosis and guidance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • •3-5 years of relevant working experience in industrial operations
  • •Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • •Experience with Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis)
  • •Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis tools such as PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5W1H
