Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist during rigging-up and rigging-down of cementing equipment, including cement storage vessels, spacer fluid pre-mixing, and data monitoring equipment setup.
  • •Learn and support oil well operations including plug landing pressures, volumes, hydrostatic/differential pressure concepts, and cement blending calculations.
  • •Assist with operation of cement pumping and related equipment such as blenders, additive metering, centrifugal pumps, and data acquisition systems.
  • •Support pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete associated paperwork/reports.
  • •Verify valve line-up on bulk systems and surface manifold equipment and follow hazardous materials, job, wash up, and discharge procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •3–6 months of experience as Operator Assistant I – Cementing, or 1 year of related work experience in oilfield services.
  • •Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement required.
  • •Manual transmission experience required.
  • •Able to lift 60 lbs and pass background, physical, and drug screens.
