Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily delivery routes and load/prepare your van so all orders are ready for efficient delivery to customers.
  • •Complete all appropriate vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health & safety.
  • •Provide customer service on the road, helping customers with their shopping and building rapport based on trust and service.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not out on deliveries.
  • •Follow the role’s operational rhythm as a customer delivery driver and in-store assistant to keep the shop running efficiently.

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
