Key Responsibilities

  • •Review MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals (ICPs)
  • •Update Master Test Procedures (MTP) to include previous ICP approved changes
  • •Research systems under test (SUT) data link bit level implementation and determine MIL-STD functional areas to be tested
  • •Develop standards conformance test procedures using system implementations to evaluate requirements
  • •Develop interoperability test procedures using the TDL MTP to evaluate information exchange requirements and traceability
  • •Conduct Standards Conformance and interoperability tests and post-test analysis using industry standard test tools
  • •Write preliminary trouble reports and prepare/deliver test reports

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree; or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience; or 10 years of experience
  • •Demonstrated experience executing TDL standards conformance test events to include MIL-STDs 6011, 6016, 6020, and 6022
  • •Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write complex software developer-level issues clearly
  • •Familiar with Department of War (DoW) operations and environment, and comfortable with RF/IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • •Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization (e.g., Sec+/SecX, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL4/ITIL5, CTEP)
