Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate site production with headquarters supply chain to align production schedules with corporate demand and inventory strategies
  • •Direct end-to-end material flow, working with Supply Planning Manager and Factory Scheduler to minimize downtime and excess inventory
  • •Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, manage logistics providers and warehouse teams to streamline material movement to customers
  • •Develop and execute labor models and staffing plans to meet fluctuating production demands and shipment targets
  • •Lead daily/weekly production floor activities to meet monthly shipment targets while driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or supply chain management; or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • •U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • •Ability to work 100% on-site
  • •Ability to travel extensively to Los Angeles for training during the initial months of the role
  • •Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, procurement cycles, and logistics management in an electronics manufacturing environment
