Key Responsibilities

  • •Modeling of below ground services in Revit, such as conduits, pipes and chambers.
  • •Prepare BIM models and deliverables to meet Client requirements, Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan.
  • •Manage and coordinate all in-coming and outgoing model and drawing information; administer BIM360 projects.
  • •Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and support the team through the delivery phase.
  • •Organize own work to achieve set deadlines and keep abreast of latest software/techniques to increase productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant Revit modelling.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment.
  • •Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, MEP Revit and Structures Revit, processes, and general approaches, modelling of underground services in Revit.
  • •Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
  • •BIM Qualification / Diploma.
