Job Summary

Prepare electrical project estimates for infrastructure and MEP tenders by reviewing drawings, BOQs, and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and producing rate analysis. Request and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations, compile techno-commercial proposals, and submit tenders. Partner with Design, Procurement, and Project teams to validate costs, identify compliant cost-saving opportunities, and maintain estimation records and cost databases.

Key Responsibilities

•Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications for electrical infrastructure projects.
•Prepare cost estimates and conduct rate analysis for electrical scope.
•Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
•Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for tender pricing.
•Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams to validate costs and prepare techno-commercial tender submissions.

Key Requirements

•B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
•3–6 years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering.
•Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with HT/LT systems, street lighting, utility shifting, MEP, or EPC projects (preferred).
