Job Summary

Manage and coordinate the maintenance workforce to ensure safe, efficient execution of machine and facility maintenance activities. Plan, coordinate, and communicate daily maintenance priorities to Maintenance Technicians, review compliance through a maintenance management software system, and maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventories, and purchase orders. Oversee preventative/predictive maintenance, address safety concerns and permits, coach employees, and coordinate with production staff and site contractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate the maintenance workforce to ensure safe, efficient execution of machine and facility maintenance activities.
•Plan, coordinate, and communicate daily maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion by Maintenance Technicians.
•Review compliance to planned work orders using the maintenance management software system and report status updates to management.
•Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records, spare/replacement parts purchase orders, and spare parts inventory.
•Plan and schedule preventative and predictive maintenance, enforce safety regulations, and oversee site contractors’ adherence to safety and operations procedures.
