Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to ERP modernization by participating in S/4 implementation across preparation, execution, and operations focused on Record-to-Report processes.
•Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP solutions that meet business requirements and industry/LYB standards; configure SAP and design integrations to connected applications.
•Translate Finance business needs into detailed functional specifications and troubleshoot system issues with root-cause analysis to provide solutions.
•Oversee connected applications (including SAP Trading Platform Integration and other listed finance solutions) and supervise application maintenance partners and system integrators to ensure solution quality.
•Oversee incident resolution, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, maintain documentation/KBA, and build solution roadmaps aligned to business goals while coaching others.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of SAP functional design experience with deep focus on SAP Financials.
•End-to-end implementations on SAP S/4 and multi-country rollouts, with expertise in R2R processes (e.g., journal entry management, reconciliation, period-end close, consolidation and reporting, material ledger).
•Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA with S/4HANA certification required.
•Experience managing operations of a portfolio of SAP solutions and connected applications (at least 5 years), including ITIL-based support using tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM.
