Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to ERP modernization by participating in S/4 implementation across preparation, execution, and operations focused on Record-to-Report processes.
  • •Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP solutions that meet business requirements and industry/LYB standards; configure SAP and design integrations to connected applications.
  • •Translate Finance business needs into detailed functional specifications and troubleshoot system issues with root-cause analysis to provide solutions.
  • •Oversee connected applications (including SAP Trading Platform Integration and other listed finance solutions) and supervise application maintenance partners and system integrators to ensure solution quality.
  • •Oversee incident resolution, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, maintain documentation/KBA, and build solution roadmaps aligned to business goals while coaching others.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of SAP functional design experience with deep focus on SAP Financials.
  • •End-to-end implementations on SAP S/4 and multi-country rollouts, with expertise in R2R processes (e.g., journal entry management, reconciliation, period-end close, consolidation and reporting, material ledger).
  • •Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA with S/4HANA certification required.
  • •Experience managing operations of a portfolio of SAP solutions and connected applications (at least 5 years), including ITIL-based support using tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM.
