Job Summary

Build and scale onboarding and money movement capabilities for Wise’s Middle East and Africa expansion. Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, and KYC/KYB verification vendors, connect to regional payment schemes, and optimize end-to-end customer funnels. You’ll design compliant, reliable microservices, improve FinCrime controls (AML/Fraud), and collaborate with product managers, designers, and global engineers to shape the MEA technical roadmap.

•Design, develop, test, and deploy features and services enabling Consumer & Business Onboarding and Money Movement in existing and new MEA markets.
•Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, identity/business verification vendors, and financial partners across the region.
•Build, automate, and improve FinCrime controls (AML, Fraud) across the region.
•Propose and advocate for scalable, reliable, compliant technical designs across diverse regulations in MEA markets.
•Participate in code and design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional expansion product vision and technical implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 111,000 - 145,000 annually
