Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary strategic finance partner to the Head of Corporate Real Estate, providing executive-ready narratives and board-level communication of real estate strategy and financial impact.
•Lead multi-year footprint planning and financial modeling for branch relocations, renovations, de novo builds, and corporate office hub consolidations.
•Own total-cost-of-location analysis integrating occupancy, labor and benefits, workforce transition economics, and tax considerations into a single decision framework.
•Evaluate and structure real estate investments and transactions (e.g., sale-leasebacks, build-to-suit, ground leases, joint ventures, owned development), including after-tax NPV and balance sheet/regulatory capital implications; partner on related tax strategy.
•Build and run portfolio analytics and forecasting, maintain governance and audit readiness, and lead/develop a high-performing finance team spanning FP&A, transaction support, capital planning, and lease accounting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 194,225 - 228,500 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as a divisional or functional CFO or senior finance leader.
•Deep expertise in corporate real estate finance, including occupancy accounting, lease-versus-own analysis, capital planning, and depreciation modeling.
•Command of ASC 842 lease accounting and familiarity with sale-leasebacks and build-to-suit transactions.
•Strong capital allocation discipline using NPV, IRR, payback, and real-options thinking for multi-year, multi-site portfolios.
•Demonstrated experience supporting a large, geographically distributed footprint and building/leading finance teams.
