Procurement Manager - Proteins

Build and lead protein category procurement strategy, including sourcing plans that follow approved buying programs and procurement policy. Partner with enterprise functions to implement sourcing initiatives, develop supplier relationships, and negotiate preferred supplier agreements. Use market analysis, historical spend, and forecasting to drive cost savings and performance tracked via KPIs. Lead cross-functional teams, draft RFI/RFP materials, and work with Operations and Brands to resolve supply chain issues.
