Manager IV, Operations Management - (M4) 2nd Shift

Supervise production and operations activities for manufacturing of capital equipment and related components, ensuring schedules are prioritized based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials. Lead operational meetings and performance metric tracking, drive cycle time and other operational targets, and ensure customer/vendor requirements are met. Manage safety and EHS training compliance, coach and develop team members through performance management, and apply Lean, Safety, and Quality while initiating corrective actions.
