Senior Memory Post Silicon Qualification Engineer

Own high-speed memory bring-up and post-silicon qualification for flagship GPU, CPU, and SoC programs, including functional validation, IO tuning, timing margin analysis, and multi-vendor DRAM qualification across GDDR/LPDDR/HBM. Lead root-cause closure for complex, multi-team memory failures and build AI-enabled workflows (e.g., shmoo/margin analysis, failure signature detection) to shift detection left and improve debug velocity before customer escapes.
