Job Summary

Own U.S. onboarding and the Mountain View workplace experience in a hands-on, builder role. You’ll design onboarding programs through the first 90 days, run weekly orientations, and ensure Day 1 readiness across systems, workspace, and manager handoffs. Lead day-to-day office operations, resolve workplace issues, partner with IT/Security/Facilities and Finance, manage vendors, and improve employee experience using feedback, metrics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own U.S. onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including weekly new hire orientation and Day 1 readiness across equipment, systems, workspace, and manager handoffs.
•Build and maintain onboarding materials such as manager guides, checklists, and 90-day frameworks; partner with hiring managers on role-specific onboarding plans and ramp milestones.
•Design and deliver workplace programs that strengthen connection, collaboration, and engagement, including onsite events and recognition moments.
•Own daily operating standards for the Mountain View office and serve as the primary contact for workplace issues, partnering with Facilities, IT, and Security to maintain a safe, functional environment.
•Manage vendors, contracts, service levels, renewals, and related compliance records and documentation; partner with Finance on budgets and reporting and help evolve the operating model as the function grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in workplace experience, onboarding, office operations, or a related People function.
•Ability to independently own onboarding programs from pre-boarding through the first 90 days.
•Experience supporting an office of 300–500 onsite employees (or similar complexity).
•Experience managing a small team, contractors, or vendors.
•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS, plus strong facilitation, project management, and written communication skills.
