Job Summary

Accurately assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical condition for appraisals, ensuring correct optioning and updating inventory records. Prepare vehicles for wholesale auction by completing vehicle secures/confirmations and performing high-quality imaging for CarMax websites. Support lot merchandising, customer transfers, and inventory management while collaborating with Buyers and Purchasing Managers. Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising, and help onboard new associates while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
