Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Service product area end to end (why, what, how), reporting into the Client Operations domain product lead.
  • •Set the long-term vision for how Service connects to Ebury’s operational platforms and how it evolves beyond today’s operations.
  • •Define clear outcomes and requirements for engineering and drive high-quality delivery through the full cycle.
  • •Set, track, and use success metrics to prioritize work and measure impact for the Service product.
  • •Work across teams to connect the service platform to wider operational systems, using automation and AI to remove manual work where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years in product for a fintech or SaaS business launching and improving real products, or an operations/consulting background focused on process or service transformation moving into product.
  • •Systems thinking: understand how platforms and processes connect and design for the long term.
  • •A process-to-automation mindset: map how a manual process runs and identify simplification or automation opportunities.
  • •Comfort with case-management or CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Intercom (as context).
  • •Metric-driven approach: set baselines and targets and let data guide what to build and how to measure impact.
