Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment by building client relationships daily.
  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to strategize, support action plans, and address deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives; educate guests on product, community, and culture.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment, while executing front and back of house procedures per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
