Provide industry-leading client service in the branch and by phone while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Conduct consultative conversations to identify client needs, offer deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement solutions, and refer more complex needs to specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties, follow internal controls and risk policies, and help meet individual and branch sales targets.
