Estates Surveyor

Join the Property team at Tarmac as an Estates Surveyor, managing day-to-day matters for freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial properties. You’ll negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews, identify income opportunities from the land portfolio, and support property cost management, repairs, and maintenance programmes. The role also involves managing relationships with external consultants and property agents, with hybrid working and occasional UK travel.
